Mr. Orton holds a B.A. in Education and a Master’s in Education Administration. While teaching in Marble Falls ISD he was recognized with several awards: the Legacy Teacher Award, bestowed upon teachers named by students as their most influential teacher; and District Team of the Year, in recognition of his faculty team’s successful and strategic collaborations. In addition, he has coached for 15 years, and previously served as a youth pastor. Our students found his Chapel lesson on serving one another to be interesting and engaging. Mr. Orton will teach Middle School Math, PE, Biblical Literacy, Chapel, and manage some administrative tasks. He also enjoys greeting students every morning at drop-off, and celebrating each of his students’ birthdays!
